Well people carnival is here once more . Well not in ah literal sense,however it right around de corner .And before yuh blink twice it will descend upon us like some raving mad coubeauxs in ah labass . Therefore the time is here and de time is now . So yuh probably asking, the time is here and now for what .Well as we all know de band launching of all band launching was this past Saturday andddddddd de costumes are tres skimpy (not that I mind cause I'm ah skimpy kind ah gal ).Well back to de point .... this body not on point to wear anybody skimpy costume .
So last year I came up with this brilliant idea that was de " tiny winey fit club". This was group in which members could help each other lose weight . By giving both physical and moral support . Well to make ah long story short de group fail , dem heifers ent take meh on at all ,at all..... there was no weekly weight in 's , no diet diary , and no prize for de biggest loser (personally I think I could ah win dat prize ). However we did not look to shabby on de road this year .De bodies was awright ,but not tight tight , so I trying ah thing again . I send out de emails early and I ent playing this year at all at all. This year my sister birthday falling on Carnival Tuesday and my birthday will be Ash Wednesday .And on top of that is one of those pivotal birthdays .... yuh know nah like yuh sweet sixteen , or turning 21 or leh we say 30... So i ent sticking ,de Wineys know who they are .And bet yuh bottom dollar I'll be on dem like ah pimp on dey jammetts .Cause this is de year for us to truly shine ,and shine is what we are going to do come :J'ouvert when we shall prance and dance in nothing but our underwear ,and we shall be transformed into the Littles Misses that we are ..... come : Carnival Monday when we shall don our one of a kind individual costumes and all eyes shall be upon us ,tongues will wag and many questions will be left unanswered .......... come : Carnival Tuesday when we shall descend upon the streets of our nations capital looking like the fiercest frontline ho's that we can be .THIS MY FELLOW FIT CLUBBERS IS THE YEAR OF DE AQUARIUS ..... So let us yell BOM CHACKA WA WA and pledge to be the best that we can be ........ I looking foward to be De Biggest Loser so i'll keep allyuh up to date on de group progress or lack of .... Anyways I gone I need to do twenty push ups before I go and sleep .Laters

What a great post D'Lion! Yes...the time is definitely here to get our butts in motion! My goal weight is 125 pounds.... I stepped on the scale this morning and it was quite scary. I have a lot to lose. I'll send you my before pictures to post....as motivation.

I already say dat I going to tell my boy Will( Bally's numero uno trainer) dat I playing in Silver Mist which is skimpy no arse( well i makin a samll lie) so dat we could work on de ultimate workout from September to February
Little Miss Trouble here . Girl I start de ball rolling today .So yuh need to keep me abreast on yuh comings and goings up in yuh uber sport club and yuh temporary one in de Le Chatuea. TOO....
Well, I am feelin you on dat! This year will be my first time playin mas, so I def need to have it together, no exceptions! I have dedicated myself to getting in shape and carnival is my motivation. It won't be easy, but we can do it! "NOTHING BUT FIERCENESS ON DE ROAD, LADIES!"

will do missy...from de time I get back is bikini bootcamp in allyuh tail...so in addition to de gym we are going to do it ladies and do it well. We have to represent de Misses to de max.....Shhhhhhhhh
well... i'll be trying my best to loose 10 yes a whole 10 pounds.. yes i wanna be 120lbs....i'll try but DAMN CHRISTMAS... the season only makes me eat and eat!
Nah girl yuh have to lose about 15 so come christmas yuh could stand to gain ah few pounds .. then yuh will be good to go ..
